Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to your toolbar (click the puzzle icon, then the pin next to Email Extractor).

Automate large lists

Automation lets your browser do the work for you - visiting a list of pages one by one and saving every email it finds.

Automation is a premium feature - you'll need an active subscription to use it. See Premium & subscription to learn what's included and how to subscribe.

  1. 1
Open Email Extractor and switch to the Automation tab.
  2. 2
Paste a list of URLs (or search queries) - up to 1,000 at a time, one per line.
  3. 3
Launch the automation. A new tab opens and visits each URL automatically, AutoSaving the emails found.
  4. 4
When the batch finishes, export the collected emails to CSV or TXT and start another batch if needed.

Launch Automation

Add a 5 second delay between each page

Slower, but gentler on sites that block rapid visits.

If you close the automation tab the process stops - just restart it anytime. Some sites may rate-limit or block aggressive scraping (for example LinkedIn over ~1,500 pages/day), so use automation responsibly.

Settings

Open Settings from the gear icon at the top-right of the extension to manage your account and stored data. From here you can:

  • Your subscription: see your current plan and manage or cancel your subscription.
  • Your token: copy your access token, or paste a different one to unlock premium on another device (see Use premium on other devices).
