By installing or using Email Extractor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Email Extractor is a browser extension and web app that finds and collects publicly displayed email addresses on the web pages you visit, with premium features for cloud storage, automation and export. It is operated by Mailsumo (mailsumo.io), and your account, subscription and dashboard live there.

Acceptable use

• Use Email Extractor in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms.
• Do not use the addresses you collect for spam or unlawful messaging.
• Do not use Automation to overload a website or to breach its terms. Some sites restrict or block automated access, and respecting that is your responsibility.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

Plans & Billing

The free plan lets you find and view the addresses on a page. Premium adds AutoSave, Automation and export, and is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Your subscription is tied to an access token that unlocks premium on every device you use. You can upgrade or cancel at any time through the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period, and charges already incurred are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. On cancellation your saved addresses are retained but new captures and exports are paused.

Your data

What you do with the addresses you collect is your responsibility. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

Extraction depends on how third-party websites publish and render their pages, which we do not control. We work hard to keep detection thorough but do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of extracted data, or uninterrupted availability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailsumo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
